What Governance+ does.
Boards such as the CAB, Board of Directors, and review and working groups are organized by tier and cadence into a hierarchy. Meetings tie to a board, carry state from draft to completed, and can attach a WebEx link for the session.
Agenda items lead to decisions and follow-up action items, each tracked to an owner and due date. A dashboard surfaces open actions, pending decisions, and high-interest items across every board the user sits on.
List views share a Select Authority and Select Level filter that scopes data to the viewer's role, group, or department within the org hierarchy, so leaders see only the boards they own.
Governance+ manages the enterprise’s governance boards and the work they produce. It organizes boards such as the Change Approval Board, Board of Directors, and various review and working groups into a hierarchy by tier and cadence, schedules and runs their meetings, and records the decisions and action items that come out of them. The dashboard rolls up open action items, pending decisions, recent decisions, and the boards the user chairs or sits on.
Meetings are tied to boards and carry their own state and, where used, a WebEx link generated through the WebEx integration. Agenda items feed decisions, and decisions spawn action items tracked to an owner and due date. Most list views share an authority and level filter that scopes what each user sees to their place in the org hierarchy.
Governance+ couples back to the assurance side through commitments. Its governance commitments extend the Audit+ commitment base class, so a board’s obligations share the same lifecycle as audited controls, and decisions can reference the Document+ version that backs them. A board-member business rule writes platform role assignments, keeping board membership and access in sync.
